How do I place a custom order? To place a custom order, simply visit the "Custom Order" section on our website and fill out the form with your request. We will review your order, check availability, and respond via email within 2-3 business days to discuss details, design options, pricing, and delivery. Please check your email's Trash or Junk folder if you don’t see our response. If you still haven’t heard from us, don’t hesitate to give us a call.
Is there a minimum order quantity for custom cookies? Yes, our minimum order for custom cookies is 2 dozen (24 cookies). The number of designs per dozen will be determined through discussion and will directly influence the price.
How far in advance should I place my order? We recommend placing custom orders at least 4 weeks in advance. For more detailed or intricate designs, additional time may be necessary. If you need your order sooner, we offer rush orders for a 20% fee. Once your full payment is received, your order will be secured.
Can I request a specific flavor for my cookies?
Our standard cookies are vanilla sugar cookies, but we also offer other flavors upon request, such as chocolate, lemon or gingerbread. Let us know what you prefer!
How much do your custom cookies cost?
Pricing for custom cookies depends on the complexity of the design, size, and quantity. The quoted price is determined by the intricacy of the design, the number of colors used, and the size of the cookie. Please note that we do not offer quantity discounts or special wholesale pricing.
Basic Cookies/Hand piped (2.5” or larger): $65 per dozen + Sales Tax Includes 1 or 2 basic shape and up to 3 colors (white is considered a color).
Detailed Cookies/Hand piped (2.5” or larger): $80 and up per dozen + Sales Tax Includes up to 4 shapes and colors, lettering, and airbrushing.
Elaborate Cookies/Hand piped (2.5” or larger): $95 and up per dozen + Sales Tax Includes up to 6 shapes and colors, 3D florals, metallic accents, watercolor effects, and designs inspired by popular themes like Star Wars, Frozen, Barbie, and more.
Do you require a deposit?
Yes, full payment is required to confirm your order. If payment is not received within 3 business days, your order will be automatically canceled.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept credit/debit cards, PayPal, and Zelle. Please note that we do not accept cash.
Can I get a refund for my custom cookie order if I change my mind? Custom cookie orders are nonrefundable once payment is processed. However, if you need to cancel, you must provide at least seven (7) days' notice before the scheduled pick-up or shipping date. In this case, payment can be transferred as a credit for future orders of equal or greater value. This credit must be used within one (1) year from the issue date, or it will be forfeited.
What happens if I am dissatisfied with my order? If you are dissatisfied with your order, cookies must be returned within three (3) days from the date of receipt for evaluation. After we assess the situation, we will offer an appropriate resolution, such as a replacement or store credit. Please note that we are not responsible for any damage or alterations to the cookies once they leave our possession.
What if my cookies are damaged or lost during shipping? We are not responsible for any damage or loss caused to the cookies during shipping once they are in the possession of the shipping carrier. The carrier assumes responsibility for delivering the cookies in satisfactory condition. If an issue arises, please contact the shipping carrier directly, as we cannot offer refunds for damage that occurs during shipping.
Do you provide packaging options?
Yes! Our cookies come individually packaged in clear bags. For ready-to-buy cookies, please check the packaging details during the purchase process. For custom cookies, premium packaging such as gift boxes and ribbons is included in the price. We aim to make your order as special as possible!
How can I pick up my custom cookie order?
You can pick up your order directly from cottage food kitchen located in Buffalo Grove, 60089. Once your order is ready, we’ll send you a notification to arrange a convenient pickup time. If you need assistance, feel free to contact us!
Do you offer delivery? Yes, we offer local delivery within 10 miles of Buffalo Grove 60089 for additional $15 fee
Do you ship cookies? At this time, we do not ship our cookies. If you need cookies sent out of state, please contact us to discuss possible options.
Do you provide extra cookies in case of damage during delivery?
We do not automatically provide extra cookies for damages during delivery. Once cookies leave our facilities, we are no longer responsible for any damage that may occur during delivery. We take great care in packaging your order, but any issues that arise after the cookies have been shipped or delivered are outside of our control
What types of cookies do you offer?
We specialize in ready-to-buy sugar cookies decorated with royal icing (check SHOP COOKIES section) and custom cookies for all occasions, including birthdays, weddings, baby showers, corporate events, and holidays.
Do you offer gluten-free, vegan, or nut-free cookies? We do not offer gluten-free, vegan, or nut-free options. While our standard recipe does not contain nuts, please be aware that we use shared equipment, and cross-contamination may occur.
